IAMGOLD - Côté Gold Project

Construction activities focused on the development and integration of core infrastructure required for open-pit gold mining and on-site ore processing.

Scope of Work

  • Completion of structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical (SMP/E) installations for the primary crusher, coarse ore stockpile, conveyor systems, and grinding circuits.

  • Construction and commissioning of the process plant, including the SAG and ball mills, gravity concentration circuit, CIL tanks, elution circuit, and gold recovery systems

  • Installation of high-voltage electrical infrastructure, substations, and control systems to support plant energization and critical equipment commissioning

  • Civil works for haul road networks, ROM pad, plant foundations, and mine support buildings, including truck shop, reagent storage, and administration facilities

  • Execution of system walkdowns, punch-list verification, hydrotesting, and functional testing as part of pre-commissioning and turnover processes

  • Implementation of advanced safety systems, emergency response infrastructure, and compliance with IAMGOLD’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
