Supported the construction and commissioning of major facility expansions during Phases C and D of the Christina Lake SAGD development.

Scope of Work

Installation and integration of central processing facilities (CPF), including steam generation units, water treatment systems, and oil/water separation equipment
Development of well pads, above-ground and underground piping systems (including high-pressure steam lines and emulsion return lines), and associated tie-ins
Execution of modular construction for pipe racks, pipe racks, electrical buildings, and MCC structures
Oversight of mechanical, structural, and electrical installations, including power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems

Coordination with civil contractors for site grading, access road development, and containment berms
Support for pre-commissioning and commissioning processes, including equipment testing, line flushing, and LOTO procedures
Worked under strict environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements specific to Alberta's oil sands sector.
