Scope of Work

  • Managed Toronto Branch for Scaffolding, Swing Stages, Mast Climbers & Construction Elevators.

  • Managed four Coordinators over 32 Projects across GTA.

  • Built relationships with clients/stakeholders in a proactive and professional manner.

  • Developed Training for employees and supervisors.

  • Led safety Initiatives to take a proactive approach to building a positive safety culture.

  • Led Incident investigations and corrective actions.

  • Updated Policies, Procedures & Programs as needed.

  • Implemented Continuous improvement plan with Yearly HSE Action Plan.
